WHAT IF I DON'T HAVE ACCESS TO A GYM?

COMING SOON: My home guide will be full of bodyweight and dumbbell exercises you are able to do from anywhere. If you don't have access to dumbbells, you can opt for just using your body weight or an item from around your home. Make sure to follow me on social so you don't miss it!

HOW SHOULD I TRACK MY PROGRESS?

WHAT IS THE TRAINING STYLE?

The best practice is recording your measurements and taking progress pictures. These are the most effective and efficient ways to track your progress.

Each program has its own training style. The Gym Guide is a 5x-a-week lifting program with a push, pull, 2x legs, and full body split
